Warranty

Firearms manufactured by SHS FIREARMS are backed by our Full Lifetime Warranty. Our manufactured firearms and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part. The liability of SHS FIREARMS under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair the defect or replace the firearm/part at its discretion, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for return of the firearm to the owner for a rightful warranty claim. This warranty is transferable for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part. Modification of firearm will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or any damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or other unreasonable use of the firearm or part.

Defective firearm parts used in SHS FIREARMS’ firearms or complete firearms manufactured by other companies will be subject to that company’s warranty and warranty process. 

All complete firearms need to be returned in full for repair. Replacement parts will not be issued or sent to the customer. The firearm or part concerned must be shipped using the prepaid label our representative emails to you. SHS FIREARMS will pay shipping and insurance charges for the return of a firearm or part to its owner or FFL, if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work. If SHS FIREARMS is unable to fix the original serial number, a new one will be sent out, but must go to an FFL for transfer back to the customer. Another background check will be completed at the time of transfer. SHS FIREARMS is not responsible for transfer fees at the FFL.

Under no circumstances shall SHS FIREARMS be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Again, SHS FIREARMS will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Pricing, Order Cancellations and Purchase Agreement  

All product prices and specifications listed for sale on this website are subject to change at any time for any reason. 

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

All NFA rules apply and all firearm sales are final with the exception of denials in the background check application process. For any returns regarding denials, the follow conditions apply:

-Proof of denial must be provided by the FFL who performed the background check

-Firearm must be unused unmodified, unfired and in perfect, new condition upon return with original serial number

SHS FIREARMS is not responsible for any denied applications, the customer is responsible for knowing criminal and civil history that may impact the purchase of a firearm. 

If and only if all above conditions are met, SHS FIREARMS will issue a refund for the firearm, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

SHS FIREARMS is not liable for any transfer or background check fees associated with the customer’s preferred FFL.

Once the firearm becomes in possession of and by the customer, the sale is considered final and there are absolutely no returns.

Customer may cancel any order during processing but before shipping for a refund minus 10% restocking fee. Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. 

SHS FIREARMS reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. SHS FIREARMS reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.

Shipping

All firearms must be shipped to a local Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer. Upon purchase, customer will receive a follow up email requesting the name, address and phone number of their preferred FFL Dealer.

All items typically ship out between 3 and 14 business days. Each product is built and tailored to the customer’s specific selections, therefore, items on rare occasions, may take longer than 14 days. 

Every firearm purchased through shsfirearms.com comes with free shipping to anywhere in the U.S, with the exception of Alaska and states where purchasing the ordered firearm is prohibited by law. These states include, but are not limited to:

California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and all U.S Territories. 

Under no circumstances will SHS FIREARMS ship a firearm to the above mentioned states and territories.

Once again, it is YOUR responsibility as the customer to know your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to owning and/or purchasing firearms and any type of firearm or firearm accessory. SHS FIREARMS cannot possibly know every single firearm law and regulation in every single locality.

In the event you as the customer purchase a firearm that is considered unlawful in your state or locality, ALL cancellation and return policies outlined above apply.

Liability

SHS FIREARMS highly encourages customers and firearm owners to be aware and practice all safety measures for handling, operating, cleaning and maintaining a firearm before purchase. In addition, we encourage every customer to learn firearm safety, operation and maintenance from a licensed professional. SHS FIREARMS is not responsible for any accidents, injury or death resulting from the misuse, mishandling and/or improper maintenance on and of our firearms.
